Publishing Agreement

 I, Participant of International Conference "Theory and Practice of Modern Science", held by the scientific journal "Modern European Researches", consent to the use my materials (and / or its fragments), in the form of publications on the websites of the organizers of the Conference, collections of the conference, including translations and use in educational process.

1. This Agreement (hereinafter - the Agreement) governs the relationship between the editorial board of the scientific journal "Modern European Researches" and the individual (hereinafter - participant) to place materials (and / or its fragments) of participants of the International Conference "Theory and Practice of Modern Science" on any websites on the Internet in the form of publications, collections of the conference, including including translations and use in educational process.

2. This Agreement shall enter into force after  the participants agreed to its terms. Editorial board places materials only after adherence to the present Agreement.

3. Participant, partied to this Agreement, agrees to provide wide open-access to the materials (and / or its fragments), and requests Editorial board to use the materials (and / or its fragments) in accordance with Agreement.

4. I, Participant of International Conference "Theory and Practice of Modern Science" exempts Editorial board, its departments, officers, employees and representatives harmless from any and all liability, claims, damages, costs and any loss of any kind that I can endure and get as a result of use (direct or indirect) of Participant's materials .

5. Remuneration for the use of materials  of the Conference is not provided for Participants. I, Participant of International Conference "Theory and Practice of Modern Science" waives any possible profit, which may arise as a result of the use of materials (and / or fragments) by the Editorial board.

6. Liability for unauthorized copying and use of Participant's materials (and / or its fragments) from the Website lays on individuals and organizations that unauthorized used Participant's materials (and / or its fragments) works published on the Website. The editors do not assume any liability for the use (both lawful and unlawful) by third parties of materials (and / or its fragments) published on the Website, including reproduction and distribution, carried out both within the site and any other possible way.

7. All possible disputes concerning the Agreement shall be settled in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

8. The Agreement may be amended by Editorial board without any special notice of the Participant. The most current version of the Agreement is on the Website.
