At the present development stage the effective work of an organization is practically impossible without HR management. This aspect defines the actuality of the scientific research because the HR system in Russian companies is underdeveloped. The components of HR department, a personal and professional portrait of an HR Manager were identified as well as his performing capacities. HR branding as a tool of an effective work of HR department was considered. The peculiarities of the development of Russian and Western European HR management were defined. The article contains the analysis of the HR policy in Baltika Breweries LLC, the deficiencies of HR management were revealed and the program for the HR department further development was worked out.

Centuries of political and legal experience of multinational Russian state must be combined with the universally recognized principles and norms of international law and international treaties of the Russian Federation. Currently, 28 regions of the Russian Federation are home to 40 indigenous minorities of the North, Siberia and the Far East totaling about 250 thousand people. Peoples, whose mentality was formed by centuries of adaptation to the harsh conditions of the North, the Arctic, are not ready to a market economy. Intensive development of natural resources in the Arctic, Siberia and the Far East to strengthen the economic power in our time must not be provided at the expense of the northern peoples living conditions. The development of the North is inevitable, it is essential. But it should be balanced, taking into account environmental requirements and specific interests of local population, with legislative registration of assessment and compensation of damage caused to primordial living environment, traditional economic activities, culture and health of indigenous peoples of the Northern territories.

The relevance of this research at the moment is due to the fact, that human rights issues, including the sphere of migration processes regulation, are of great significance now. A comprehensive study of the international legal framework regulating migration processes in the modern era contributes to harmonization of the national systems of democratic states. The purpose of this paper is to study the stages of establishment and development of international law and European mechanisms for migration policy regulation. The role of international organizations is considered, and the main directions of migration processes are identified, that require to establish the boundaries of legal regulation. Both common international and European standards, as well as specially designed norms for national legislation to regulate migration, are analyzed.

The article outlines certain factors that determine the state of lawfulness in the activities of traffic police, and proposes measures aimed at its strengthening, creation of conditions for existing violations elimination. The lawfulness is one of the key instruments of administrative legal regulation giving effect to public relations and determining the activity of all executive authorities as subjects of administrative legal relations. A feature of administrative-legal relations is the fact that these relations are connected with the realization of the objectives, functions and powers of the internal affairs bodies. In this regard, consideration of lawfulness state determinants, as well as means, ensuring lawfulness in professional activity of traffic police is relevant and necessary.

This article is devoted to the psychological characteristics of people engaged in criminal activity. It is proved that the personality of a criminal in the sphere of informal economic activities is a many-sided heterogeneous phenomenon, which depends on many objective and subjective factors. The urgency of the researched problem is due to the fact that on the screen and at the theater, when producers turn their eyes on the classics, a spectator often faces producer’s self-expression, but the representation of classical text on the stage or on the screen. The purpose of this article is to try to define the boundaries of freedom for the producer, who dictates the text. The main approach to the study of this problem is the comparative-analytical method, based on study of both classical text and its stage and screen interpretations. A producer should know "the basic laws of work" when referring to the classics, and to reconcile his interpretation of the text with the author's emphasis. The article can be useful to writers, dramatists, film critics, theater critics, theatre and cinema producers.

The article analyzes the pencil drawings of Victor Vasnetsov for "Collection of Russian Proverbs" by Ivan Trapytsin. It is argued that this cycle is a visual document of the Russian ethnocultural landscape of the second half of the XIX century. The drawings show the peasants way of life, their outlook and values, manifesting themselves in particular life circumstances. All this is revealed through the representation of the most significant aspects of people's life, revealing the psychological character of Vyatka region inhabitants as an ethnic group.

The urgency of the investigated problem is caused by high mortality from cardiovascular diseases. The aim of the study is to evaluate the results of myocardial revascularization in acute coronary syndrome. In the study of this problem, theoretical and empirical methods are applied: analysis of literature, study and generalization of innovative medical experience, analysis, synthesis; observation. Basically there is a rescue or prepared PCI in our republic. In 77% of patients, the pathological wave Q / QS was formed at the time of admission. With an increase of the time from onset of the disease to percutaneous coronary interventions, the the left ventricle ejection fraction was higher than in patients who had undergone PCI before and the number of nonfunctional zones of myocardium was lower. This article can be useful for cardiologists, intervention surgeons, therapists, medical students, interns, postgraduate students.

The relevance of the researched problem is due to the fact that according to the report of the World Health Organization in 2012, 6.7 million people in the world suffered acute violation of cerebral circulation (stroke), this nosology takes the second place in mortality structure in the world. The purpose of this article is to study the frequency of post-stroke depression occurrence in patients of a neurological hospital with verified clinical diagnosis of hemispheric stroke, and to identify the correlation between post-stroke depression severity and localization of the stroke in the cerebral hemisphere. The main method of this problem study was the scale of anxiety and depression HADS. To evaluate the presence and severity of depression they used hospital one. For evaluating reliable correlation between variables, they used methods of correlation analysis and the Spearman's rank correlation). They have shown that in the group of patients with stroke localized in the right hemisphere of the brain, the highest rates of clinically significant depression were observed. The study showed the severity of depression in patients with stroke localization in the right hemisphere (r = 0.9, p < 0.05). The results showed that the localization of stroke had closer dependence on the severity of post-stroke depression.

Extracorporeal hemocorrection procedures are increasingly widely used in clinical practice recently. The use of efferent therapy methods in sepsis, acute respiratory distress syndrome, acute kidney injury in intensive care has become routine. The advantage of using extended techniques – minimal effect on patient’s hemodynamics due to the gradual redistribution of fluid in the water sectors of organism allows to carry out procedures under conditions of acute cardiovascular failure. However, sometimes there are situations when the patient requires simultaneous removal of both lipopolysaccharide and medium and small molecules, that is, hemadsorption and hemofiltration simultaneously. For example, if septic process is progressing rapidly together with gross violations of acid-base status and water-electrolyte balance, exacerbated by acute cardiovascular insufficiency. In such a situation it is necessary to provide the possibility of simultaneous providing of both procedures.
